FAST & SIMPLE TO USE: (1) Add FryAway grease solidifier powder to hot cooking oil (170°F minimum) and whisk until dissolved. (2) Let cool- oil becomes solid. (3) Throw it away. 3 steps. 30 seconds of work.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Oil must reach 170°F minimum for FryAway to activate properly. If oil has cooled, reheat before adding powder. Do not use on oil you plan to reuse.
