How To Track My Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Visit the carrier's website — Enter your tracking number on the carrier's tracking page (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location).
Track on our website — You can also track your order directly through your account on haventheory.us.

USA: 3–8 business days after processing
International: 3–12 business days after processing

My Tracking Isn't Updating — What Should I Do?

It's normal for tracking to take 1-2 business days to update after your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.

I Haven't Received My Order

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
